Are represented results the optimization of construction and order of the functioning of the system of the management of the qualities Of the kamyshlovskogo electrotechnical plant, carried out with the use of a probabilistic- play approach, whose use made it possible as a whole on 12–15 % to reduce in the final analysis the volume of marriage in by plant output. In this case on 17–20 % was reduced technological sifting with the per operation control as a whole in all stages of technological production process without an increase in the estimate of expenditures for the operational system of the management of the quality of plant.
